Who can apply?
ShireLiving apartments are available for rent to individuals and couples over the age of 55.
To apply to Chasewood you must also have a local area connection to the district of Cannock Chase or the County of Staffordshire.
To have a local connection you must currently be living, working or currently have immediate family (siblings, parents, grandparents, adult children) living in the district of Cannock Chase or or any parish in Staffordshire County Council's administrative area.
Following your initial application and before any offer for an apartment can be made you will be contacted for an assessment of your support and care needs. The assessor will also advise if you are eligible for any financial support towards your accommodation and care.
