Lettings process

    • Bank statements that cover the last 2 months for all of your (and any joint applicant’s) accounts, including savings.
    • ID for everyone moving with you (e.g. passport, driving license, birth certificate).
    But be quick! We consider applicants in the order that they contact us, have all of their documents ready and are available for us to visit.
  3. We'll visit you that day to meet you at your home and view your documents. If you need support and advice to prepare for your tenancy, we’ll refer you to our Money Matters Team for assistance.
